Industrial Blasting and Surface Prep in Tampa

Mobile blasting for structural steel, tanks, and heavy equipment. We strip rust, old coatings, and buildup down to a clean surface that's ready for paint, and we come to your site anywhere in central Florida.

Surface Prep Done Right the First Time

On industrial jobs, a coating is only as good as the surface underneath it. If rust, old paint, or buildup gets left behind, the new coating fails early and you end up paying to do the job twice. Blasting strips the surface back to clean, sound material so paint and protective coatings bond properly and hold up in the field.

We bring that work to you. Our setup is fully mobile and completely self-contained, so we can prep steel, equipment, and structures right at your facility or job site without tapping into your power or water. Florida's heat, humidity, and salt air are hard on industrial coatings, which makes solid prep even more important here than in most places.

What We Handle for Industrial Clients

From a single steel beam to a yard full of equipment, we handle the surfaces industrial work depends on.

Structural Steel & Beams

Cleaned and prepped for welding, assembly, or coating, whether it's new fabrication or older steel that needs the rust taken off.

Tanks & Vessels

Interior and exterior surfaces stripped of old coatings and corrosion, then made ready for relining or repainting.

Heavy Equipment

Rust, grease, and failing paint removed so your machinery can be recoated and put back to work.

Coating & Paint Removal

Old industrial paint, powder coat, and failed coatings taken off cleanly without chewing up the material underneath.

Weld & Fabrication Prep

Surfaces cleaned ahead of welding and assembly so your crew starts with bare, sound material.

Rust Removal & Restoration

Corrosion stripped back before it spreads and weakens the metal.

Built for the Trades

We work with the businesses that keep industrial Florida running, including welders, pipe fitters, fabrication shops, equipment owners, and contractors handling large-scale projects. If you have a surface that needs to be clean and sound before the next step, we can prep it.

The Right Media for the Job

Industrial surfaces are not all the same, and neither is the right way to blast them. Our machine runs everything from heavy abrasives for thick rust and buildup on structural steel to softer media for thinner metal and more delicate work. We match the blast to the material and to the coating you plan to put on it, so the surface comes out the way the job actually needs.

Dustless When You Need It

When you need to keep working, our dustless option keeps airborne dust and cleanup to a minimum. That lets us work indoors, around active operations, or near other equipment without shutting your whole site down.

Before You Book

A few things customers ask most. Anything else, just call or text and we'll talk it through.

Do you need our power or water hooked up?

Nope. The rig is fully mobile and self-contained, so we roll in with our own air, media, and everything else the job takes. You don't have to run a line or free up an outlet for us; we show up ready to work.

Can you work without shutting our operation down?

That's exactly what the dustless option is for. It keeps airborne dust and cleanup to a minimum, so we can work indoors, around active lines, or right next to other equipment without you having to stop production across the whole site.

How do you know which media to use on our steel?

We match it to the surface and to whatever coating goes on next. Thick rust and buildup on structural steel take a heavier abrasive; thinner metal and finer work call for something softer. The goal is bare, sound material ready for your coating, not a one-size-fits-all blast.

Do our beams and equipment have to leave the yard?

No, and that's usually the whole point. We bring the rig to your steel or your machinery and prep it right where it sits, so nothing gets trucked off-site and your downtime stays short.

Once it's blasted, can you coat it too, or just strip it?

Either one. Plenty of clients just want the surface stripped and prepped for their own crew. When you'd rather we carry it through, we can lay down the paint or protective coating right after blasting so bare metal isn't left exposed. Tell us where you want the handoff.

Are you insured to work on our site?

Fully insured, yes. Your facility and equipment are covered the entire time we're on the job, so bringing us into an active industrial site is one less thing you have to think about.
