Frames & Chassis
Years of rust, undercoating, and old paint blasted off a frame down to sound, clean metal, ready to prime.
Mobile blasting for frames, body panels, wheels, and parts. We strip rust and old paint back to clean bare metal, with media matched to the part so thin panels come out flat and undamaged, and we come to you anywhere in Central Florida.
Why Prep Matters
Paint and bodywork are only as good as the metal underneath. Sand a panel by hand and you'll miss the rust hiding in seams, pits, and tight corners, and it keeps spreading under the new finish. Blasting takes the whole surface back to clean, bright metal at once, so primer and paint bond properly and the work lasts.
We bring that work to you. Our setup is fully mobile and self-contained, so we can strip a frame, a set of panels, or a whole vehicle right at your shop or garage. The trick with automotive is heat, blast thin sheet metal too hard and it warps, so we match the media and the pressure to the part and keep it flat.
What We Blast
From a whole car or truck down to a single frame, panel, or wheel, we strip the metal a build or restoration depends on.
Years of rust, undercoating, and old paint blasted off a frame down to sound, clean metal, ready to prime.
Doors, hoods, fenders, and quarter panels stripped with soft media and controlled pressure so thin metal stays flat.
Old paint, brake dust, and corrosion taken off steel and alloy wheels, ready for powder coat or paint.
Control arms, brackets, axles, and underbody parts cleaned of rust and grime so they can be coated and reinstalled.
Whole cars and trucks stripped from bumper to bumper, body and frame taken back to clean metal in one job, right where they sit.
Heavy rust and layered old paint stripped off project and classic vehicles without hours of hand sanding.

Who We Work With
We work with restoration hobbyists, hot rod and classic car owners, body shops, and mechanics across Tampa Bay. If you've got a frame, a set of panels, or a whole vehicle that needs to be stripped to clean metal before the next step, we can prep it.
How We Blast
A frame and a fender are not the same job, and they can't take the same blast. For heavy rust on frames and undercarriage parts we run an aggressive abrasive that cuts through it fast. For thin body panels we drop the pressure down significantly and cool the air and media together, so paint and rust lift off without building the heat that warps metal. We match the blast to the part so everything comes out clean and straight.
Thin sheet metal warps and deflects when it gets too hot. We run lower pressure and cool the air and media together to keep the temperature down, so your panels come back flat and ready for bodywork, not oil-canned and ruined.

Testimonials
"Had a couple of old car frames covered in rust and primer. Matt got them down to clean metal without warping anything and saved me hours of sanding."
"I was nervous about blasting thin door skins, but they came back perfectly flat. No warping, no pitting, just clean metal ready for my bodywork."
"Brought them four crusty steel wheels and got back bare metal ready for powder coat. Fast turnaround and a fair price."
"My project truck was 40 years of paint and rust. They stripped the whole thing at my garage and I didn't have to haul it anywhere. Huge time saver."
"They stripped my whole car, body and frame, right in my driveway. Came back to clean metal everywhere and I didn't have to tear it down or haul it off. Couldn't believe the turnaround."
How It Works
We keep it simple and honest. You always know what's happening and what it costs before we start.
Send us photos or have us out to the shop. Point out any delicate parts and tell us about prior bodywork or coatings so we pick the right media, and we'll test-blast anything questionable before we commit.
You get a clear, written estimate the same day, and the price we give is the price you pay.
We protect the surrounding area, then blast the frame, panels, or parts clean right at your shop or garage.
Your metal comes out clean and bright, ready for primer. Hand it straight to your body shop or painter, or ask us about applying limited paint or sealer.
Good to Know
A few things customers ask most. Anything else, just call or text and we'll talk it through.
As much as you reasonably can. Blasting only touches what it can reach, so anything you unbolt ahead of time comes back cleaner. And anything delicate you'd rather we steer clear of, just point it out. Not sure how far to strip it down? Send us a photo and we'll tell you exactly what to pull.
It can, so it's worth a heads-up. Filler, primer, and old coatings all behave differently under the media, and knowing what's under the surface lets us dial in the right approach instead of finding out halfway through. No surprises for you, no guesswork for us.
It won't. Heat is what warps sheet metal, and heat is exactly what we control. On thin panels we back the pressure way down and keep the air and media cool, so the surface strips clean while the metal stays flat and ready for bodywork.
Size is never the problem; our rig handles full frames right down to the smallest bracket. Every so often a part is genuinely too far gone, but we only say so after a quick test blast shows us, never on a hunch. If replacement is the smarter move, you'll hear it straight.
Either way works. Whole vehicles and larger jobs, we roll the mobile rig out and blast on-site, which is exactly what it's built for. Smaller parts that aren't in a rush can be dropped off instead. Tell us what you've got and we'll point you to the easier route.
To a point, yes. We handle limited paint and sealer right after blasting so bare metal isn't left sitting exposed. Automotive finishes run deep, though, so we walk through the options with you on each build to land on the right one for it.
